- Personalised budget, schedules and timelines presented in a customised wedding reference folder
- Charged hourly by negotiation – minimum of 15 hours of service
A well rounded wedding package, ideally suited to couples with limited time flexibility during the planning stages, wishing to take control of the event itself
- 5 – 7 consultations/planning sessions (online for overseas clients)
- Unlimited telephone and email contact
- Vendor and venue research
- Attending vendor interviews with your preferred service providers as required
- Vendor contract negotiation
- Arrangements made to the point of deposit with vendors

- The perfect solution for couples who have planned their own wedding but want to be free to relax fully on their day wedding day
- 2 consultations and unlimited email and phone contact.
- Communication will all vendors to review contracts and confirm details, delivery/arrival times.
- Assuming all vendor contact within last two weeks leading up to the wedding day
- Preparation of detailed wedding day timeline and schedule for 1 month leading up to the wedding day
- Wedding etiquette advice
- Wedding rehearsal coordination
- Organising processional and recessional on the day
- Ensuring that the day runs smoothly and that all vendors/bridal party etc are where they should be!
- Charged as one flat fee.
